Do I need to use sealant on my shower?

Start with the instructions for your specific unit. Most of our showers can run silicone-free under normal use, but for extra reassurance you can add a waterproof sealant during and after installation. Make sure the shower is completely dry first.Apply a bead vertically either side of the central tower, and between any two panels that meet! wipe away the excess as you go.Run a bead horizontally between the tray and the back panels, avoiding the water return channels.Finish around the top, between the back panels and the ceiling. Sealing along the front, where the frame meets the base, is optional.
