How does my order arrive?

Anything over 30kg! whirlpool baths, steam shower cabins, cubicles and some larger parts! comes on a palletised delivery. Let us know about any access restrictions in advance, such as a large vehicle (over 7.5 tonnes) not being able to reach your property, or a long driveway! otherwise a re-delivery or cancellation charge may apply.The driver can only bring the delivery to your doorstep, so someone able-bodied needs to be there to bring it inside.Smaller items and parts go by post or courier! usually courier for anything over 1.5kg, next-day as standard. Faster or more secure delivery is available at extra cost if you need it.
