Your delivery (if over 30kg, ie Whirlpool baths, Steam Shower cabins, shower cubicles and some larger parts) will be delivered on a pallet delivery service. It is important that you check and inform us of any weight restrictions that my mean a large lorry (over 7.5 tons) cannot get you property. This also includes, long driveways. If you fail to mention any delivery restriction and the delivery cannot be made, there will be a re-delivery or cancellation charge. The delivery driver is only able to take the delivery to your doorstep (or as close as he can get to that point). Insurance does not cover the driver to enter your property with such large items. As such at least one fully able bodied person must be present to take delivery Smaller items and parts are sent either via post or courier. It is standard practice to send items under 1.5kg via post and heavier (or large sized items) by courier. Items sent by Courier are sent for next day delivery and post goes first class. If you require items to be sent by more secure or faster methods this is possible, but will incur extra cost.

Once fitted , I was able to slide into position with relative ease as it is very heavy , but with the 5 separate height adjustable feet on base , it slid quite nicely. Once assembled ,it looks really well made and all the functions work well. Very happy so far with the appearance and function of the shower. Our Sauna 2 Person Full Spectrum arrived a day earlier than arranged, fortunately we were in. The Sauna was packed in four separate boxes and very well protected. We unpacked everything and set it up as per the video instructions on the website. The only problem we came across was when we tried to fit the door handle, had to phone for some help. After another video was emailed to us, we fitted the handle. We’ve just moved into a new house & if the quality of the product was as half good as our new sauna we’d be over the moon. The sauna arrived well packaged and was very easy to assemble with clear instructions and ours needed 2 people to assemble. We placed ours in our garage. The materials used in its construction appear of very high quality and the sauna is fully guaranteed too. The sauna is very easy to use and has many settings.
