UK Pallets:
The standard service included in the price is 5-7 working days from ordering
We do have ‘Express 2-3 Day delivery’ and even ‘Next Day Delivery’ available here
IOM, Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey – Are always 5-7 working days and no express options are available for these areas
Parcels:
Are processed either the same day or the following day and are always sent on 1st class, next day services
PARCEL DELIVERIES ALL GO RECORDED
The delivery of your large Vidalux item, regardless of where you purchase it will always come directly from our warehouse – The reason for this is because the items are quite large in size and because we do have an extensive range, we deliver on behalf of all retailers to the customer. This allows the retailers to concentrate on their service to you without having to commit the warehousing space to house multiple amounts of any product.
We have partnered with a long-established and well-trusted industry leader to provide an exceptional delivery service to all that have made the inspired decision to purchase any Vidalux items. This large network allows us to have a personal and unique delivery service that is professional, reliable and above all – ensures your items are handled with care and arrive as intended.
DELIVERY TERMS
All deliveries are curbside only. Due to insurance, the delivery team will not carry any items ‘through’ the property.
The dispatch team will call once an order is received to arrange a suitable day slot for the delivery
Once delivery has taken place, all items MUST be inspected for delivery damage – You have 48 hours after delivery to inspect goods and report any concerns. Reports of damage after this time cannot be rectified or considered as transit damage and may not be replaced or rectified under warranty
