Parcel Deliveries all go recorded
The delivery of your large Vidalux item, regardless of where you purchase it will always come directly from our warehouse – The reason for this is because the items are quite large in size and because we do have an extensive range, we deliver on behalf of all retailers to the customer. This allows for the retailers to concentrate on their service to you without having to commit the warehousing space to house multiple amounts of any product.
We have partnered with a long established and well-trusted industry leader to provide an exceptional delivery service to all that have made the inspired decision to purchase any Vidalux items. This large network allows us to have a personal and unique delivery service that is professional, reliable and above all – ensures your items are handled with care and arrive as intended.
All deliveries are to a ground floor location only. We will look to place the items within the immediate location inside the property. Due to insurance, they delivery team will not carry any items ‘through’ the property.
The dispatch team will call once an order is received to arrange a suitable day slot for the delivery – On the day before delivery, we will call to inform of a 3 hour delivery slot
Once delivery has taken place, all items MUST be inspected for delivery damage – You have 48 hours after delivery to inspect goods and report any concerns. Reports of damage after this time cannot be rectified or considered as transit damage and may not be replaced or rectified under warranty
