how do i apply?

Online

Simply add the luxury items you require into the cart, then upon checkout, select the desired payment option and follow the online instructions on the secure server

If you are looking to use PayPal’s ‘Pay-In-3’ option, the process is no different from their regular checkout procedure with PayPal; simply select that option if it is available on your account.

PLEASE NOTE: We have no involvement if this is available on your account, and in the event it is not available, you will need to make direct contact with PayPal as it relates to your personal account with them.

If you’re looking to make use of theV12 Finance option and want to speak to a real human about this process, simply phone us and all we need is your name and email address and we can send the link to your email.

Criteria for V12 ‘Buy Now – Pay Later’ Credit

To apply for Klarna credit options you must meet the following criteria:

  • Credit is available on all purchases where the overall order value is over £500
  • V12 is not available on items on sale
  • At least 18 years of age
  • A permanent UK resident
  • A deposit/initial payment is required in all cases (only for monthly finance)
  • You have a good credit history with no bankruptcies, CCJs and IVAs
  • In regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week)
  • Are self-employed, or in a permanent residence with your spouse/partner who is in regular employment
  • In receipt of a pension if you are retired
  • Able to confirm sufficient income if you are registered disabled.
  • Single or Multiple Occupant Householders can all apply

What happens next if my application is approved?

If your application is approved, you will receive confirmation and upon notification of receipt of the agreement, we will process your order and arrange the shipment of your goods.

What happens if my application is declined?

If our credit providers decline your application, you will have the option of choosing an alternative method of payment (i.e. credit/debit card, cheque or regular PayPal).

Can I have my order sent to a different address?

Please note that orders paid for by V12 Finance can only be shipped to the same billing address as on your application. It will not be possible for us to ship goods to a different delivery address
