On-Site Reviews
One of the major reasons we do what we do is the pride we take in developing the best quality products we can, to uphold our reputation as the market leader. A byproduct of this is happy customers, lots of happy customers. This can be seen on the reviews on our site and on 3rd party sites such as Google, Trustpilot and many specialist forums
Customers will be invited by email to provide a written review of a product they have purchased in exchange for the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw. A customer can leave a review on any products they have purchased via the ‘write a review’ link on the relevant products page at any time
We don’t incentivise reviews
We don’t offer any incentives for positive reviews. We enter everyone who has submitted a product review (whether positive or negative) in response to an invitation into a monthly free prize draw

Whilst we appreciate that not everyone is a Hollywood director, we do need to ensure the video ticks the following boxes
- Duration: At least 90 seconds
- Content: We are looking for honesty but of course, we wish to receive reviews highlighting all the aspects you enjoy about your Vidalux item. If there is an niggles or improvements we can make, please highlight these separately via email to ‘customerservices@vidalux.co.uk’
- Footage: Footage of the item and the installation. Ideas can include, build quality, value for money, enjoyment, health benefits, comparison to your old shower, customer service, buying experience and how much you enjoy the product
- Audio: If you do not wish to show your face, this is fine, however, we do need some audio to provide any prospective customer an insight into why you love your Vidalux item
- Video Quality: Phone footage is fine – Please try to ensure the footage is stable. The key here is to gauge if you, yourself would find the review useful if you were looking to buy
