What’s Vidalux’s returns policy if I simply change my mind?

You have 14 days from receiving your goods to return an unused, uninstalled item in its original packaging and on the pallet it arrived on. For a change-of-mind return, a restocking charge of £160 or 10% of the item’s price, whichever is greater, applies, plus £50 per damaged box, and the charge can be higher for deliveries outside the UK mainland. You’ll arrange and pay for your own return courier … we only cover collection costs where the item is faulty.
