How much clearance is there under the shower?

Most of our steam shower bases sit around 25mm above the floor from the bottom of the waste assembly! this varies slightly with how the adjustable feet are set.The waste needs a proper fall so water drains away cleanly; slow draining usually means the fall is too shallow. A wooden or raised floor makes this easy to achieve, and a low-level trap should always be fitted on the waste pipe.
