Warranty Registration
Every Vidalux product comes with a 12-month parts warranty as standard, starting the day your order is delivered. Many of our ranges carry longer cover … up to 5 years on selected models … but that extended cover only becomes active once you register, within 90 days of delivery.
Registration is online only and takes a few minutes. When you submit, you’ll receive an automatic email confirmation … save it for future reference
What you’ll need
- Your order details – invoice number, retailer and model number
- The Completion Certificate found on the back of your manual is to help you gather any required information from your installer on the day
- Where new electrical work was carried out (steam shower cabins, whirlpool baths, steam generators, hydro showers and hardwired saunas), you will need a Part P certificate number from your electrician. Work of this kind must be signed off by a Part P certified electrician in accordance with UK law.
Our plug-and-play infrared saunas run from a standard household socket, so there’s no electrician involved and no certificate needed.
Warranty cover applies to domestic use only within residential properties. Products used in a commercial or shared setting … a gym, spa, guest house or rental … aren’t covered, at any scale, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The 90-day deadline is fixed. If your warranty isn’t registered within 90 days of delivery, your product stays on the standard 12-month cover and we can’t extend it later, so the best time to register is as soon as your product is installed and checked.
