Absolutely loved the shower. It was a tight fit but it was still pretty easy to install. We were replacing a leaking shower that left an absolute mess, with the wall pretty much crumbling down so we were looking for a low-cost solution, which led us to shower cabins. Whilst looking for the best, most reasonably priced units on the market, we found Vidalux, they were great from start to finish, including the delivery chat with Brian, who I know wasn’t supposed to but did help us get the item in to the property which as we are getting on a bit was a great help. All in all, great shower, very satisfied with the service

The cabin is fantastic but If I were going to order again I would pick the White panel option instead

I recently purchased this beautiful SS1200 steam shower from Vidalux — from the point of order it was a very smooth process, with the product delivered within one week. It was packaged really well on a pallet and very well protected. Within a week I had a plumber and electrician install the unit, which was quite straightforward as the instructions were very comprehensive, and the whole install was completed within one day. The build quality was very good, and I’m very pleased with the finished result. In terms of value for money, it was incredible compared to other manufacturers of comparable products. Being a steam shower, it’s fantastic in the winter months, with Bluetooth or radio and mood lighting making for a great experience. After one month I’m really pleased with the product and can’t fault it in any way — combined with the oils Vidalux supply, it’s a great aromatherapy experience too. Customer service has also been excellent, with immediate responses to my inquiries. I’d endorse this product wholeheartedly
