How To Submit A Complaint

We take great strides to ensure we offer high-quality goods and leading customer care. It is important, however, in the rare cases things do not go according to plan, you can easily address and raise any concerns or complaints with us.

The following information explains how you can raise a complaint and how we will deal with them. Initially, you should report any issue or concern with any aspect of your product or service from us as soon as possible. For this, you have a few options:

Further, you can opt to submit a complaint in writing at the following address:

Please ensure you have the following details on hand and include them with your complaint:

  1. Your full name and name on the order if different
  2. Your contact details (telephone and email)
  3. Any relevant order numbers
  4. Any relevant dates and times issues were noted, service or correspondence took place
  5. A summary of the concern or issues you have experienced with our goods or services
  6. Any supporting evidence. Example: Images, 3rd party documents or commentary

How We Deal With Complaints

We will acknowledge your complaint within 14 working days, and we aim to tend to all complaints within 28 working. If the investigation requires additional time, the complaints manager will inform you of this. In some cases, where applicable and if required, the complaints team may need to contact you to obtain further details during the investigation. A final response will be forthcoming within 8 weeks of receiving the complaint

If you are not satisfied with the way in which the matter is handled, you are welcome to write to the Managing Director at the same address.

If we cannot agree to an appropriate resolution to your concern, we will issue a final response letter. Upon receipt of this, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) which, once contacted, will liaise with us on your behalf. The FOS will inform you directly of its decision. Referral to the FOS will not prejudice your right to take subsequent legal proceedings.

If you are dissatisfied with our response as your agreement is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, but you must do so within six months of the date of the final response or 8 week holding letter.
