Affiliate Terms and Conditions

This agreement shall come into force upon acceptance as an Affiliate.

It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure they are complaint with all regulations. This includes guidelines, email marketing, retargeting and behavioural marketing.

Please provide a valid email address so that we can ensure we keep you updated with any promotions, updates, changes to the program and terms and conditions updates.

The referring url from any sale generated via your affiliate account must match one provided in your website profile in order for a commission to be paid.

Under no circumstances must any promotions or offers are to be published before the start date and must be removed on the expired date.

If affiliates are communicating messages about Vidalux on social media such as forums, Facebook, Twitter etc, they must be careful to ensure that any affiliate link can easily be recognised as being part of an affiliate relationship.

PPC

Vidalux runs a PPC campaign and therefore bidding on brand terms and misspell is not permitted. Generic bidding is authorised.

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions could result in your commission being suspended or set to zero. In extreme cases or repeat breaches, you will be removed from the program.

For any agreed publisher paid search activity, will publishers be paid for sales generated from search engines?
