Instruction

Simply add a few drops of oil to any cotton wool, felt or similar for a more gradual and prolonged release. Place inside the steam pod to allow the steam to pass over and infuse with the oils

Add a few drops to start to gauge your tolerance and body’s/skin reaction before increasing and working up to a stronger and more intense the aroma as required.
